A little minced garlic

Pork is semi-fat and lean pork, about 500 grams of washed pork.

Turn on the heat, put an appropriate amount of water in the pot, wait until it boils and add the pork.

Cover for 20 to 25 minutes. Don't make the fire too big, just slow it down.

After about 25 minutes, remove the pork from the pot.

Keep some pork soup by the way, and discard the rest.

Cut the cooked pork into cubes and plate it!

Add a small amount of water mixed with cornstarch. Just bring it to a boil and turn off the heat!
