Pat the fish fillets dry

Sprinkle both sides with Italian-style spices (including salt, black pepper, red pepper, rosemary and other spices) and marinate for 10 minutes

Cut the marinated fish fillets into diagonal slices

Pat the fish fillets on both sides with a little flour (to prevent them from falling apart during frying)

Heat a pan and add a little oil (I just bought a new hot pot and frying pan and want to try it out)

Add the fish fillets and fry over low heat until golden brown on both sides

When eating, you can also dip it in salad dressing or tomato sauce according to your personal preference. I eat it directly because it has been seasoned before.
