Pumpkin and purple sweet potato glutinous rice buns
Overview
When I made a pumpkin and purple sweet potato glutinous rice bun today, I was wondering if it would be greasy, so I suddenly thought of adding diced yellow peach in it, which is sweet and sour. I hope you all will like it

Steps
-
Prepare the ingredients: glutinous rice flour, pure milk, purple sweet potato, pumpkin and yellow peach (I didn’t take a picture)
-
Cut the purple sweet potato pumpkin like this (you must not prepare too much pumpkin, otherwise more and more glutinous rice flour will be added later. It is best to have one-third and five-six slices as shown in my picture)
-
Put it in the pot and finally I put the pumpkin into the dish. The pumpkin was too soft after steaming and it was difficult to pick it up
-
Steam and set aside. I had too much pumpkin...I only used half of it
-
Crush the pumpkin
-
To add glutinous rice flour, you can add a little first and slowly add it in
-
Knead the dough and it will be ready like this
-
Crush the purple sweet potato
-
It will taste better if you add milk
-
Cut the pumpkin into small pieces
-
Flatten into an oval shape
-
Roll the purple sweet potato into balls
-
Roll the pumpkin into a round skin, add some purple sweet potato and a yellow peach
-
Add some more purple sweet potatoes to cover it
-
Knead it into a round cake shape and steam it in a steamer for 8-10 minutes. I use kitchen paper and brush it with a layer of oil to prevent it from sticking
-
Just take it out of the pan at the end.
-
Finished product picture.
-
The light will be better when shooting under the sun.

By the way, I made a beautiful picture on Meitu Xiuxiu, which is really beautiful.
