Fish maw soup
Overview
The fish maw given by a Malaysian friend is of very good quality. This is the first time I have seen fish maws that are processed like this and can be stored in batches and enjoyed slowly in portions. The fish maw soup is very delicious. With broccoli, seaweed, and eggs, this soup is more nutritious and tastes better. A very healthy soup.

Soak dried fish maw in cold water.

Boil the soaked fish maw in a pot, then remove and drain the water. Adding an appropriate amount of wheat flour to the water can remove the oily smell.

Take an appropriate amount of fish maw and chop it into small pieces.

Blanch the broccoli and chop into pieces.

Chop the seaweed.

Add water to the pot, put the fish maw into the pot and cook.
