Spinach and Chive Dumplings
Overview
This is my first time trying to use spinach juice to make dough. It is not only rich in nutrients, but also bright in color and increases appetite. It is especially suitable as a breakfast recipe for families with children.

Ingredients
Steps
-
Knead the dough, divide the flour into two parts, mix one part with warm water (normal color), and mix the other part with spinach juice (green color). Spinach juice is the juice squeezed from spinach leaves. There is no picture of this step.
-
It takes about half an hour to wake up the noodles. During this time, you can prepare the fillings for the dumplings. Wash and chop the leeks and mince the pork (I didn’t buy pork cubes this time, I just chopped the pork myself)
-
Simply season the filling with salt and chicken essence (you can add a little sesame oil and soy sauce as appropriate)
-
Roll the spinach dough into a round cake, roll the white dough into a round strip, wrap the white dough in the spinach dough
-
Cut into portions (not too big)
-
The divided dough is rolled into small balls, especially like chocolate balls.
-
Roll the ball into a thin crust
-
Wrap with fillings and make dumplings
-
It's done, I only know the simplest wrapping method
-
I finished it in one plate. This time I made three plates. One plate was boiled and the other two were frozen and eaten when you want to eat them. (Those who are afraid of trouble can make more at a time. Dumplings made at home are safe and delicious.)
-
Dip the cooked dumplings in soy sauce and vinegar. Wow, they are super delicious. Of course, you can try different fillings. I happened to have leeks at home this time, so I made them by the way.
