Slice pork belly.

Minced onion and ginger.

Wash the bell pepper and break into small pieces.

Add dried bell peppers to the hot pot and stir-fry until wrinkled and set aside.

Pour in the pork and stir-fry to remove the oil, add the minced ginger and green onion and stir-fry until fragrant, then add the bell pepper and stir-fry evenly.

Add salt, soy sauce, oyster sauce, sugar and stir-fry until flavourful.

Remove from the pan.
