  1. Cut the pork belly into cubes and slice the onion and ginger

  2. Cut potatoes into cubes and beans into small pieces

  3. Slices of bok choy and fried tofu

  4. Frozen tofu cut into small cubes

  5. Heat the pan with cold oil, add pork belly and stir-fry

  6. Stir-fry the pork belly until it changes color. Add the onion, ginger and garlic slices and stir-fry until fragrant

  7. Add potato cubes, bean segments and fried tofu strips and stir-fry for two minutes

  8. Add Chinese cabbage and stir-fry evenly

  9. Add dark soy sauce, salt and oyster sauce and stir-fry evenly

  10. Add vermicelli (put it at the bottom of all ingredients)

  11. Pour in an appropriate amount of boiling water (subject to covering the ingredients) and add frozen tofu and meatballs

  12. Simmer until the soup is reduced, the potatoes are soft and the vermicelli is transparent. Add the chicken essence and bring to the pot
