Boil the corn and broccoli first, just simmer the broccoli, then remove the corn kernels from cold water and set aside.

Add the corn to the starch, or stir it a little dry.

Heat oil in a pan, spread the corn flat, and put a layer of cheese on it.

Heat oil in another pot, sprinkle with sugar, and prepare two spoons of milk to sprinkle on. When the oil in the other pan is hot, pour the corn on top! Fry for a while and serve as a platter!
