Wash and dry chicken breasts.

Cut the chicken into cubes, add appropriate amount of cornstarch, cooking wine, and a little salt, and simmer for about 15 minutes (longer time will make it more flavorful). Stir once or twice while soaking.

Add appropriate amount of cooking oil to the wok, and when it is 70% hot, add chicken and stir-fry.

Fry until chicken turns white, add curry powder and stir-fry over medium heat.
