It was my first time to eat shredded konjac. I didn’t know how to stir-fry it, so I thought about making it myself. It tasted quite delicious, haha. It’s a pity that I poured too much soy sauce. It’s so chopping

Wash the meat and green onions and cut them into strips.

Start the fire, pour in an appropriate amount of peanut oil, and when the oil is hot, add the meat and stir-fry.

Stir-fry until the shredded pork is cooked (turns golden brown), then add shredded green onions and continue to stir-fry.

Stir-fry until you can smell the fragrant green onions, add shredded konjac and continue to stir-fry.

Stir-fry evenly, then add appropriate amount of salt, continue to stir-fry, and increase the heat a little

After stir-frying evenly, add appropriate amount of soy sauce and continue stir-frying.

Stir-fry until the konjac shreds are half cooked, add an appropriate amount of chicken essence, continue to stir-fry, and wait until the konjac shreds in the pot are cooked, then take them out.
