Diced puffer fish with broccoli
Overview
I still eat puffer fish jerky. This time I tried a new method, using broccoli and red pepper, and oyster sauce to enhance the freshness. The effect is really good, in one word, delicious, very delicious.

Break the broccoli into small florets, blanch them in boiling water, take them out and let them cool.

Deboned and diced pufferfish meat and soaked.

Cut the red pepper into thin sections and slice the garlic.

Heat oil in a pan and add diced puffer fish.

Fry the puffer fish meat until it becomes fragrant and changes color slightly.
