Cabbage stewed with tofu
Overview
A habit we have kept in our dormitory from freshman year to now is that whenever someone in the dormitory has a birthday, everyone will go to the cafeteria in advance to order meals and buy cakes. After class at noon the next day, they take the meals and cakes back to the dormitory, close the door, and everyone in the dormitory starts to have fun (。・∀・)ノ゙And this simple cabbage stewed with tofu is a must-have for us every time~

Prepare tofu, cabbage, green onions and ginger slices.

Cut the cabbage diagonally into cubes and cut the tofu into small pieces. Cut the green onions into finely chopped green onions and mince the ginger.

Put water in the pot.

Add minced ginger, tofu cubes and cabbage and cook over high heat.
