Overview
I wanted to buy small yellow sprouts with short roots, but I went to the vegetable market for several days and never found them, so I bought long-rooted ones and went home. Long-rooted soybean sprouts are not suitable for cold cooking and can only be stir-fried or stewed. This time, sweet potato vermicelli and a little chili were added.
