Wash the shallots and dry the surface moisture,

Mince the pork, chop the green onions, add salt and light soy sauce, mix well and set aside

Add an appropriate amount of purified water to the flour and mix it into snowflakes with chopsticks

Knead into dough

Cover with plastic wrap and let rest for 15 minutes

Sprinkle some dry flour on the rested dough to prevent it from sticking, then knead until smooth

After wrapping, put it into a pot of boiling water, cook over high heat until the dumplings boil and then plate them (I was so busy that I forgot to take pictures of the process of cooking the dumplings)

Mix light soy sauce, dark soy sauce, balsamic vinegar, sesame oil, and chopped pepper into a sauce
