Curry Longli Fish
Overview
The whole family is losing weight recently, and I’m now starting to research various dishes with less salt and less oil, and make some with less fat content 😂😂, and they can’t be short of meat! Longli fish fat contains unsaturated fatty acids, which have anti-atherosclerotic effects and are beneficial to preventing and treating cardiovascular and cerebrovascular diseases and enhancing memory. Dragon fish contains omega-3 fatty acids, so it is especially suitable as a health supplement for office workers who face computers all day long.

Prepare the longli fish and cut into large pieces
