Prepare materials. After the corn is cooked, peel off the kernels and set aside. Lemon peel is optional.

Place the corn kernels in a blender.

Add whipping cream.

Add sugar.

Finally add milk and water.

Blend in a blender until smooth.

Strain it once through a strainer and it will turn into smooth corn syrup.

Pour into a pot, heat and drink.
