Dice the pork and dice the chives.

Marinate the pork with chives, fresh soy sauce, fresh soy sauce, and brandy for half an hour.

Mix soybean oil, cumin powder, and sweet noodle sauce into oil that can be brushed on the meat.

Thread the meat skewers well, and alternate between fat and thin when wearing them.

Brush with the mixed soybean oil and bake a few slices of steamed buns.

Turn the oven up and down and bake at 230 degrees for 10 minutes. Be careful not to burn it.
