Cute cartoon donuts
Overview
Donuts, also known as donuts and donuts, are a sweet that is mixed with flour, sugar, cream and eggs and then fried. The two most common shapes of donuts are hollow rings, or closed donuts with sweet fillings such as cream and egg paste (generally referred to as liquid made from beaten eggs) in the middle of the dough. However, today I don’t teach you how to make donuts, but how to dress up donuts. Use Valrhona strawberry chocolate to transform an ordinary-looking donut into a cute one.

Steps
-
Whether it’s bread version or cake version, whether it’s fried or baked, and whether you buy it or make it yourself, you have to have a few donuts.
-
There must be chocolate of various colors. I will use pink as an example to explain. Weigh 53 grams of strawberry chocolate and 30 grams of white chocolate. The reason why I need to add white chocolate is that I think the color of the strawberry chocolate is too dark and does not look good, so I need to make a light pink chocolate sauce.
-
Pure chocolate is too thick, so add some whipping cream to dilute it. The amount of whipping cream is not fixed. You can adjust the amount depending on the state of the chocolate sauce. Put the strawberry chocolate, white chocolate, and light cream together in a bowl, heat over water to melt, and stir evenly.
-
While hot, press the donuts into the chocolate sauce, dip them in the chocolate sauce, take them out, and place them on a flat plate with the chocolate side facing up.
-
Place in the refrigerator for half an hour to allow the chocolate to set. The pink donuts in the second row are chocolate sauce without whipping cream, and you can see that they are not smooth at all.
-
Put the remaining chocolate sauce into a piping bag, put a few white chocolate beans into the piping bag, and heat over water to melt.
-
Use white chocolate paste to draw the chin and the whites of the eyes, and dark chocolate to draw the nose, eyes, and mouth.
-
Use a clean brush to fine-tune and correct the shape.
-
Peel the peanuts and divide them into two halves. Use a knife to poke two openings in the appropriate places on the donut and insert the peanuts to serve as ears. This step is better done before dipping in the chocolate sauce.
-
Coat the ears with chocolate using the same color chocolate paste as the donuts, and use a brush to correct the processing.
-
All donuts are also refrigerated for half an hour after painting to allow the painted chocolate sauce to solidify.
