Prepare the marinade: lotus root, mushrooms, carrots, small green vegetables (called rapeseed in the north) (feel free to use it, it would be great to add some edamame) I forgot to put the green vegetables in

Prepare a bowl of water starch and rinse it with warm water.

Turn on the heat and bring a bowl of water to a boil. Add the vegetables (no vegetables at this time). After 2 minutes, add water starch. After 2 minutes, add half a bowl of tomato juice. Add salt, pepper, and seasoning

Cook the noodles (add some salt to make them less lumpy). After the water boils, add half a bowl of water. When the water boils again, turn off the heat (if you like noodles, cook them for a while). Pour the noodles in cold water, drain them and put them in a bowl.
