All-purpose flour version of small meal bag
Overview
Bread is usually made with high-gluten flour. Many friends cannot buy high-gluten flour. Today, I will use ordinary all-purpose flour to make a small meal bag, which can also be drawn. But after all, there is not enough gluten and high rise, so it is not recommended to make toast. This recipe is no problem for ordinary sweet bread. For all-purpose flour, it is recommended to use dumpling flour or one with a protein content of more than 11% (this is indicated on the outer packaging of the flour).
