After cleaning the fish head, cut the onion and ginger into shreds

Take an enamel pot, brush a layer of oil on the bottom of the pot, and spread onion and ginger

Add the fish head, pour the cooking wine over it and spread the chopped pepper on the fish head

Cover the lid, turn to medium heat for 10 minutes, then turn to low heat for 5 minutes, turn off the heat and simmer for 5 minutes
