  1. Ginger can be sliced and shredded, whole cloves of garlic can be sliced, whatever you like.

  2. Prepare carrots and garlic moss, cut them and set aside. (Many vegetables can be cooked, the ones with beautiful colors are best, such as bitter melon, celery, etc.)

  3. Use a flower mold to carve a few flowers from the white carrots, which can be used for decoration when serving on the plate.

  4. Pour white vinegar and water into a glass bowl to adjust the acidity according to personal preference, add millet pepper (red and green), add ginger, garlic and salt, marinate first.

  5. Then put all the kimchi ingredients into a bowl, cover it and put it in the refrigerator, and you can eat it the next day. (If there is no refrigerator, you need to choose sealed utensils)

  6. The next day I took out the kimchi from the refrigerator. It was ice cold, sour and spicy, refreshing and crunchy, very appetizing.
