Homemade Egg Yolk Salad Dressing
Overview
In my life, because I fell in love with baking, I naturally had an indissoluble bond with salad dressing. If you buy it from the supermarket, you may have too many additives. By chance, I saw a recipe for making salad dressing at home. Out of joy and excitement, I made this egg yolk salad dressing.

Prepare the ingredients: Crack 3 egg yolks into a bowl, pour the bagged milk into the bowl, add sugar, corn oil and corn starch and set aside.

Pour corn oil and white vinegar into the egg yolk bowl and stir evenly with egg beater.

Sift in cornstarch.

Stir until there are no lumps.

Pour the egg yolk liquid into the cooking pot, turn to low heat and stir repeatedly with a spatula to avoid burning the pot.

Stir until thickened and turn off heat.

Serve hot in pancakes with used salad dressing.
