Prepare 4 small potatoes and clean them.

Cut into thick slices and steam in a steamer.

Let cool slightly and then peel.

Put it into a plastic bag and crush it with a rolling pin until it becomes puree.

Finely chop carrots and peppers.

Heat the wok, add the stock, add the mashed potatoes, add an appropriate amount of salt and stir evenly.
