Walnut Crispy

Walnut Crispy

Overview

In the past two days, I have been thinking about what to make with the Kenwood handheld mixer I was lucky enough to get during this trial. I saw that what everyone makes is basically ice cream or soup, so today I will make a simple and quick delicious walnut cake! I had always wanted to buy another food processor, but now it seems that I have this Kenwood handheld mixer at home that can completely replace it. The walnut powder I made with it today is super fine, and the thoughtful design of the mixing rod will not make the powder splash everywhere. Although the appearance is not amazing, the taste is impeccable... Paired with Yihong Yiding's beautiful utensils, a kind of low-key beauty, dedicated to my dear friends...
