The Virgin Announces Spring
Overview
The main ingredients of this dish are cherry tomatoes and quail (spring) eggs. Cherry tomatoes and quail eggs are similar in shape and size, with distinct red and white colors. When eaten together, they set off each other, just like a hundred flowers blooming in a spring garden.

Steps
-
Prepare ingredients: cherry tomatoes: appropriate amount, quail eggs: appropriate amount (the ratio of cherry tomatoes to quail eggs is 1:1), salt: appropriate amount, sugar: appropriate amount, starch: appropriate amount, wash the cherry tomatoes, boil and peel the quail eggs and set aside.
-
Draw a pattern on the plate. (This step can be omitted)
-
Pour the base oil into the pot. When the oil is hot, add the cherry tomatoes and quail eggs and stir-fry quickly.
-
Add sugar and salt and continue to stir-fry, working quickly.
-
After stir-frying evenly, add water starch to thicken. The water starch should not be too thick, and the gravy should be thin and transparent. When the glass gravy is evenly wrapped on the surface of the ingredients, turn off the heat.
-
The purpose of thickening with water starch is to let the salty and sweet taste evenly wrap around the cherry tomatoes and quail eggs, making the seemingly unpalatable ingredients taste very delicious.
-
The bright color and sweet and sour taste are sure to be a bright spot on the table.
-
Rich in nutrients and simple in method, you will never forget it once you eat it.

The taste of spring, the taste of beauty, the taste of happiness...
