I knead it while watching TV, and the time flies relatively fast. Plus, it is something I like to eat, and I feel happy.

Knead the dough ingredients together to form a dough, knead until it expands and a thin film can be pulled out, then add butter and continue kneading until absorbed and smooth, ferment until 2.5 times

The fermented dough has a smooth surface and is 2.5 times as big. You can press the middle with your finger to see if it shrinks. If it doesn’t shrink, it means it is fermented

Take it out and divide it into small balls and let it rise for 15 minutes
