My favorite is fried pork chop with curry rice. I love tonkatsu very much, but this is my first time making it myself.

Wash the large ribs, add cooking wine, salt, chicken essence and shredded ginger and marinate for half an hour.

Prepare wheat flour and bread crumbs. Spare.

Beat the egg liquid and set aside.

First coat the marinated ribs with a layer of wheat flour. Then add the egg liquid to coat with a layer of egg liquid.

Then put in bread crumbs and coat with a layer of bread crumbs.

Put appropriate amount of vegetable oil in the pot. When the heat is about 70 to 80% hot, put the large ribs into the oil and start frying. Flip constantly and fry both sides at the same time until golden brown.
