Steps
-
Prepare all materials;
-
Add milk, eggs and other liquids to the bread bucket in turn, add sugar to one corner and salt to the other corner; (leave some of the egg liquid for brushing the bread)
-
Sift in high-gluten flour, dig a small hole in the flour, add yeast and then cover with flour;
-
Start a dough cycle and add the softened butter. Start another dough mixing process, and the dough can basically pull out the film;
-
Start the fermentation process and make the dough 2-2.5 times the size of the original dough;
-
Take out the exhaust, knead evenly, divide into 18 equal parts, cover with plastic wrap and let rest for 20 minutes;
-
Knead it evenly again, put it on a baking sheet lined with oil paper, arrange it in a trapezoid shape like a Christmas tree, and use two small doughs to form an oval shape to serve as the tree handle;
-
Put it in the oven for secondary fermentation, put a large bowl of warm water underneath, and change it twice in between;
-
After fermentation until about 2 times in size, take it out and brush with egg wash. Preheat the oven to 170 degrees and bake for about 12-15 minutes;
-
Remove. OK!
