Wash the pork belly, put it into a soup pot and add water to boil, then cook over medium heat until cooked through, take it out and put it into cold water

Put an appropriate amount of oil in the pan, heat it up and fry the pork belly until golden brown

Put the fried pork belly into cold water

After the pork belly has cooled, slice it into slices, add dark soy sauce, white sugar, and cooking wine and marinate for half an hour

Put a small amount of oil in the pot, heat it up, add green onions, ginger slices, pepper and bean sprouts and stir-fry until fragrant

Place the pork belly on the bottom of the bowl and top with bean sprouts

Cover the bowl with a plate, bring to a boil over high heat and then steam over medium heat for an hour

After steaming, invert the pork belly onto a plate
