The first step is to prepare the ingredients, toast, eggs, milk, and butter.

In the second step, take two eggs (about 80g), three pieces of toast (about 100g), and two mouthfuls of milk (about 30g).

The third step is to mix the milk and egg liquid, mix evenly, then put the toast into it, and then use chopsticks to roll the toast back and forth in the egg liquid and milk mixture several times until the egg liquid completely covers the toast. (Do not soak it for too long)

Step 4: Take a tablespoon of butter and melt it in the pot (until it forms small bubbles), then use a spatula to spread the butter evenly in the pot, and then put the toast you just made.

Step 5: After putting it in the pot, turn on low heat and fry for about 15 seconds until the egg milk solidifies. Then turn over to the other side and use the same time to repeat about 5 to 6 steps back and forth. Finally, deep yellow tiger skin patterns appear on both sides, and it is ready to be taken out of the pot.
