Seaweed rice
Overview
Kimbap is a very common Korean dish, very similar to sushi in Japanese cuisine. But it's much simpler. A common method is to wrap cooked rice with vegetables, meat, etc. in seaweed.

120g sushi rice and 50g glutinous rice are cooked into white rice, then add appropriate amount of vinegar and mix evenly. Prepare the sushi mat. Spread a piece of seaweed on the sushi mat. Spread half of the mixed vinegar rice on the seaweed (note that when spreading the rice, leave two centimeters on all sides of the seaweed so that the rice will not leak out easily when rolling the seaweed roll)

Spread the pork floss evenly on the rice

Place 1 carrot strip, 1 cucumber strip, 1 egg strip, and 2 crab sticks 2cm away from the rice (note that the direction of the radish strips and cucumber strips is consistent with the direction of the sushi mat bamboo). Add a spoonful of salad dressing and spread evenly

Start rolling, open both hands with the thumb down, and start rolling with the thumb and four fingers. The seaweed can wrap cucumber sticks, carrot sticks, egg sticks, crab sticks

Continue to hold the rolled nori with your fingers, release the roll and turn it outwards on the sushi mat, and then continue rolling
