Bread machine version of egg toast
Overview
A very delicious piece of toast, with excellent texture and taste. Although it is operated by a bread machine, the texture is not affected at all and is still very soft. So having a good bread machine can really get twice the result with half the effort. I used two eggs here. The total weight of the egg liquid is 108 grams. If your eggs are small, the amount of water will be increased accordingly. However, it is best to reserve about 10 grams of water.
