Lily Steamed Pumpkin
Overview
Now is the season when pumpkins are in abundance. There is a kind of pumpkin that is very sweet and very delicious. I bought a large pumpkin, cut it into pieces, and steamed it with fresh Lanzhou lilies. Lily is soft and sweet, and pumpkin is soft and sweet. The two tastes complement each other perfectly. It is especially delicious when paired with lilies and sweet sugar-osmanthus.

Wash the dried lilies and boil them in boiling water for two minutes and set aside.

Break fresh lilies into petals, wash and set aside

Peel the pumpkin and cut into slices about 5mm thick

Cut the pumpkin slices into three lengths of different sizes.

The longest piece is placed on the bottom layer, and then the three layers are placed in sequence.

Lily flowers are piled in the middle.

Steam in boiling water for ten minutes.

Finally, put some boiled lilies on top, top with a spoonful of sugared osmanthus and enjoy.
