  1. Heat oil in a hot pan, first add sliced potatoes and stir-fry for about 1 minute (stir-frying the potatoes in advance will help improve their freshness), then add sliced mushrooms and green beans. Stir fry for about 2 minutes and pour in appropriate amount of boiling water (about 500ML).

  2. Add boiling water, cover and simmer for two to three minutes, then add enoki mushrooms

  3. Add water and a small amount of salt to the flour in advance to make a paste, add enoki mushrooms and boil the water to cook the gnocchi. My method is to tilt the bowl so that the batter slowly flows out, and use chopsticks to scrape along the edge of the bowl. After the noodles are cooked, add appropriate amount of salt and white pepper to taste.

  4. Chop the egg pancakes and set aside.

  5. Take the dough out and sprinkle with chopped eggs and drizzle a small amount of sesame oil. It tastes great!
