Dumplings and Luffa Soup
Overview
The loofah is grown at home, and the dumplings and meatballs are bought. Today I put them together to cook a bowl of light dumpling soup. Luffa is a common vegetable that contains protein, fat, carbohydrates, calcium, phosphorus, iron and various vitamins. It has the functions of reducing internal heat, resolving phlegm, relieving cough, clearing breasts, and beautifying skin. It is suitable for pregnant women, postpartum women and babies. However, loofah is cold in nature, so be careful not to eat too much.
