Griddle radish
Overview
In the cold winter, eating more radishes is of great benefit to the body. Griddle radish is a very appetizing dish. It is seasoned with spicy powder and some pork belly is added to make the radish absorb the oil and water and become more tender and tasty. After eating this dish, you will feel that sometimes feasting is not necessarily about big fish and meat.

Prepare white radish and pork belly

Wash the pork belly, blanch it in cold water and remove it

Pour water into another pot, add pork belly, add cooking wine, ginger, star anise, spring onion, cover and bring to a boil over high heat, then turn to medium heat for 20 minutes

Peel the white radish and cut into thick slices. Remove the cooked pork belly and cut into thin slices after it cools down
