Chocolate rice cake
Overview
It can be made by just stirring and mixing. There is no technical content. When it is hot, it will burst into pulp. If you put it in the refrigerator and cool it down, it will have the chewy texture of mochi.

Mix eggs, milk, cooking oil, and sugar.

Sift glutinous rice flour, baking powder, and cocoa powder.
