Material.

Cut the cabbage in the middle and wash separately.

Put the vegetable leaves into a pot of boiling water and blanch until soft, remove and set aside.

Chop the white part into minced meat, add two tablespoons of starch and one tablespoon of light soy sauce, mix well and set aside. (You can also add some chopped green onion)
