It’s Chinese New Year, and meatballs are a must-have delicacy during the Chinese New Year. Mushroom meatballs are also quite popular in my family. The fried meatballs can be stewed, steamed, served in hot pot, etc. Of course, they are also delicious after being fried and eaten hot. I ate several of them fried. My husband likes these meatballs even more. I fried them while he ate them. After I fried them, he actually said he was full, haha. We usually steam a few bowls on the first day of the Lunar New Year. We call them steamed bowls, which are usually fried chicken, fish, crispy meat and meatballs. These are the most traditional types of steaming bowls. In other words, on the first day of the Lunar New Year, this meatball is a must. Moreover, they are all fried before the New Year, so they can be steamed during the Chinese New Year. This year my family has fried mushroom meatballs, tofu meatballs and beef meatballs. They are what my husband likes, what my children like and what I like. When steaming bowls during the Chinese New Year, everyone can be satisfied
