  1. Wash the sea bass, add onions, ginger slices, and shredded carrots. Add water to the pot and bring to a boil. Add the sea bass and carrots and steam them over high heat for eight minutes.

  2. Prepare soy sauce and chopped green onion.

  3. Add boiling water to soy sauce.

  4. After the sea bass is steamed, pick out the scallions and ginger slices and throw them away. Pour out the water on the plate, place shredded carrots and chopped green onions on top, and pour soy sauce on top.

  5. Heat the oil in a pan for a little longer (to avoid the smell of vegetable oil).
