Add minced onion and ginger, salt, chicken essence, a little cooking wine, a little white pepper, a little soy sauce to the minced meat, mix well, add an appropriate amount of water, stir well and set aside.

Cover with a lid (borrow the lid of a wok...) and fry over low heat for 1-2 minutes. Sprinkle in a little water and continue frying for 2-3 minutes. Continue pouring in a little water and fry over medium heat for 2-3 minutes. Sprinkle in cooked white sesame seeds and cover. Fry the remaining water in the pot until it dries up. Take it out of the pot.
