Patterned Pork Floss Bread
Overview
I bought meat floss and salad dressing, and wanted to make meat floss rolls, but I didn’t want to make soup, so I decided to make a simple bread. That’s how I am, I always want to make things simple, so I made this big flower-like meat floss bread.

Except for butter, add all the ingredients into the bread machine first as liquid and then as solid, knead for 15 minutes, then add butter and knead for 25 minutes.

The kneaded dough is fermented at room temperature.

Roll the risen dough into a round shape and rest for fifteen minutes.

Roll the dough into a rectangular shape.

Put pork floss and salad dressing on the dough sheet.

Roll the dough from top to bottom.

Roll into a tube and seal tightly.

Cut into six equal parts.

Place into an eight-inch round mold for final fermentation.

After fermentation is complete, brush the surface with a thin layer of whole egg wash.

Preheat the oven to 200 degrees, with upper and lower heat, 180 degrees, and bake on the middle rack for 20 minutes. (The temperature and time should be adjusted according to your own oven)
