Overview
I used a pressure cooker, but the same goes for a rice cooker! Because I only make 2-egg chiffon cake, if I use the inner pot of the pot directly, it feels too small. After it is flattened, it will only be one cake, so I used a 6-inch chiffon cake mold.

Separate the egg yolks, and the egg white dripping basin must be oil-free and water-free. As we all know, add 10g of sugar to the egg yolks and stir until the sugar melts

Add milk and mix well

Mix in irregular directions until there is no dry flour batter. When you lift the whisk, the egg can be thick and dripping. If it feels too thick and there is resistance during mixing, then add some milk to adjust

Add 25g of sugar to the egg whites (I am lazy and usually add it all at once. You should follow the chiffon cake method and add it in 3 times)

Add half of the egg whites into the batter and mix evenly with a spatula. Do not mix in circles as it will not defoam, and there is no need to be careful. I remember the first time I made a cake, I mixed it carefully for 10 minutes. I was drunk just thinking about it. Now I can basically finish it in 2 minutes

After mixing, pour it into the remaining egg whites and mix well in the same way

Did you see the paw prints on the cake? The cake program of my rice cooker is 40 minutes. After the time is over, I press it with my hand and it is not done yet. I start another cake program and end it manually after 10 minutes. That’s it. You can insert a toothpick to check if no batter is brought out.
