Prepare cauliflower, carrots, mushrooms, okra, fungus, miso, and cold sauce (you can also change other seasonings freely)

Cut okra into small slices. Isn’t it as cute as a star?

Cut other vegetables into cubes

When the water boils, add two tablespoons of miso

When the miso is completely melted, add the chopped vegetables (put the okra last to avoid being too soft)

Pour out appropriate amount of cold sauce
