Romantic Western-style pork chop meal for two
Overview
My Mr. H likes to eat pork chops very much, and he also said that he particularly likes to eat the pork chops I fry, because my fried pork chops are no worse than those in restaurants outside, and are even more delicious (I don’t know if I’m flattering, haha). I have tried adding red peppers during the pickling process before. It is a good choice for people who like spicy food. Unfortunately, my husband has a bad gastrointestinal condition, so I will not make spicy food for him.

Ingredients
Steps
-
Wash and drain the pork chop slices
-
Pour in appropriate amount of salt, soy sauce, cooking wine, shredded ginger and cornstarch and stir evenly
-
Add minced garlic, continue to stir, and marinate for 20 minutes
-
The marinated pork chop is very tempting, right?
-
Brush a baking sheet with a thin layer of cooking oil, place the pork chops on top
-
After the oven is preheated, place the baking sheet in the middle rack of the oven at 210 degrees for 10 minutes. After 10 minutes, turn the pork chop over and bake at the same upper tube temperature of 210 degrees for 10 minutes.
-
Wash the carrots, peel them, and cut them into thin oval slices
-
Shape it into a star shape, steam it on rice and set aside
-
Cut the top third of the tomatoes and remove the pulp from the inside with a spoon (you can remove it or not. Later I discovered that it actually looks better if you don’t remove it)
-
Grilled pork chop ready to be plated
-
First put the pork chop on top, pour a little roasting juice on it, then put tomatoes, star carrots and rice on top (I used a mold to press out the rice into a flower shape)
-
Finally, sprinkle cooked black sesame seeds on top of the pork chop and it’s ready!

The other one is the same. This is a romantic Western-style pork chop meal for two people. Enjoy the taste and visual impact!
