Homemade yogurt
Overview
The first time I made the yogurt, I didn’t do it well. I packed the milk and then put the bacteria powder in. It was a bit sour. This time I added evaporated milk and extended the time by two hours. The resulting yogurt was not sour and was also very thick. If there is no bacterial powder, if there is yogurt, you can also add some yogurt as a starter.
