Braised pork belly with dried bamboo shoots and fungus

Dried bamboo shoots need to be soaked longer and can be cut into thin strips with scissors.

Prepare ingredients.

Dried bamboo shoots and fungus soaked. (It can take a little longer)

Wash the pork belly, put it in hot water and blanch it

Slice the blanched pork belly. (I removed the pig skin here)

Add the minced garlic and ginger slices to the hot pot and cold oil and sauté until fragrant

Put the cut pork belly into the pot and fry until fragrant

Add appropriate amount of oyster sauce. (Add to the pork belly)

Add appropriate amount of cooking wine.

Add appropriate amount of salt, seasoning and stir-fry. (installed for later use)

Wash the dried bamboo shoots and fungus, tear the fungus into small pieces, and cut the dried bamboo shoots into strips

Heat the cold oil in the pan and add minced garlic.

Add the dried fungus bamboo shoots and stir-fry. (Go to casserole)

Put all the ingredients into the casserole. (Add salt and water) Simmer for half an hour.
