Watermelon toast
Overview
Barley leaves and red yeast powder are used to prepare the colored dough, and cranberries are used to make the image of watermelon toast. It gives the toast a unique aroma and makes eating toast a different kind of fun. The recipe can make 2 250g toast molds

Prepare ingredients.

Put all the main ingredients except butter into the bread barrel of the bread machine, followed by liquid, sugar and salt, milk powder and flour, and finally yeast.

Turn on the kneading and fermenting dough function of the bread machine. After kneading for 15 minutes, add butter until the bread machine program is completed and the dough has risen to 2.5 times in size.

After the dough is deflated, divide it into 2 pieces of 100g, one piece of 40g, and the last piece of dough to beat into 4 pieces of dough.

Take 2 pieces of 100g dough, add barley leaves to one piece and knead it evenly, add bamboo charcoal powder to the smallest piece and knead it into black, and knead the largest piece into red.
