Spicy Fish Nuggets
Overview
My neighbor gave me three carps. After filling the fish, I thought about how to eat them for a long time. Haha, because I also made sweet and sour and braised dishes last time. I changed the taste and added a little bit of spicy food to it, and the fish was deep-fried before being put into the pan. It was really delicious. People on my mother-in-law's side like carp with strong flavors, except for sweet and sour ones of course. Hehe, it needs to be salty and spicy, especially my husband. If the carp is cooked too bland, he will say it doesn't taste good.

Ingredients. Handle clean carp.

There is a white tendon on both sides of the carp. Cut a knife 2 cm from the head and tail of the carp. If you see a small white spot, gently pull it out.

Cut the carp into pieces, add salt and cooking wine and marinate for about 10 minutes.
